Booking route
Yugo currently directs students to the University of Bristol Student Accommodation office to secure a place. This is important because it is not a standard direct-booking PBSA in the same way as many commercial properties.
Guarantors
Yugo says a guarantor is required when accommodation is paid in instalments, with the guarantor liable if the resident cannot make the payments.
