Student accommodation for UWE Bristol
For UWE students, start with your campus before you start with the building. A beautiful room in the wrong part of Bristol can turn into a daily transport hobby.
Frenchay students
If most of your teaching is at Frenchay Campus, compare accommodation by realistic door-to-door journey rather than straight-line distance. City-centre living can still work well, but transport frequency, late services and total travel cost deserve a proper look.
City-based study
Students studying at city locations may prefer central Bristol accommodation, particularly if they want easy access to shops, nightlife and rail connections. Check your actual teaching location before paying a premium for proximity that does not help you.
Before booking
- Check which campus you will attend most often.
- Test the journey at the time you would actually travel.
- Add transport costs to the accommodation price.
- Compare tenancy length and included bills.
- Read guarantor and cancellation requirements carefully.
